As Raphael Warnock squares off against Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) in one of two Senate runoff races in Georgia, a racist statement from Warnock is making waves. The outcomes of these two Senate races will determine which party controls the U.S. Senate so these races are very important for all Americans.

During a 2016 sermon delivered before the 2016 presidential election, Warnock made a racist statement about President Trump and his supporters:

“If it is true that a man who has dominated the news and poisoned the discussion for months needs to repent, then it is doubly true that a nation that can produce such a man and make his vitriol go viral needs to repent. No matter what happens next month, more than a third of the nation that would go along with this, is reason to be afraid. America needs to repent for its worship of whiteness, on full display this season.”

Georgia voters need to reject the racism and lies told from the pulpit by Warnock.
