“The aid package is currently being put together by Congress in coordination with the White House and will also include funds for Ukraine, Taiwan and the US-Mexico border,” The Times of Israel noted.

NEW: Israel askes the US for $10 BILLION in emergency military aid.
According to The New York Times, Israel has submitted a request for $10 billion in immediate military assistance from the United States.
This aid package is being collaboratively assembled by Congress and the White House and is set to encompass financial support for Ukraine, Taiwan, and the US-Mexico border.
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, while visiting Tel Aviv on Sunday, mentioned that discussions are underway among US lawmakers to furnish Israel with replacement ammunition for the Iron Dome missile defense system, precision-guided bombs, JDAM kits to transform conventional bombs into precision munitions, and 155-millimeter ammunition.
The news follows the U.S. military preparing to deploy approximately 2,000 troops to Israel.
In a “60 Minutes” interview, Joe Biden said America has an “obligation” to be involved in both the Israel and Ukraine conflicts.
“Are the wars in Israel and Ukraine more than the United States can take on at the same time?” Scott Pelley asked.
“We’re the United States of America for God’s sake! The most powerful nation in the history, not in the world, in the history of the world! The history of the world!” Biden responded.
“We can take care of both of these and still maintain our overall international defense. We have the capacity to do this and we have an obligation to. We are the essential nation, to, to paraphrase the former secretary of State. And if we don’t who does?” he continued.
