Hillary Clinton, former first lady and Secretary of the State, was involved in a car accident in New Jersey when she was on her way to a fundraiser for Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ).

Her Secret Service van, which is named “Scooby”, appeared to be making a turn, about to drive up a ramp in a parking garage, but instead, the driver crashed into something and the van stopped.

The incident was caught on camera.

Readers should be warned that the video was edited and now contains music from the show “Curb Your Enthusiasm.” There does not appear to be any injuries, so it’s safe to laugh at the comical moment the van crashes and comes to a halt.

Clinton emerged from the van several minutes later surrounded by police and aides. Huma Abedin was also reportedly in the van, but the video does not capture the moment she exited.”

“LIVE LOOK at @HillaryClinton trying to save @SenatorMenendez. (Spoiler alert: she crashes.) #NJSen”

The fundraiser for Menendez was held at the Liberty Prime Steakhouse located in Jersey City. It was held with a group called “Women for Menendez” and tickets reportedly cost as high as $5,400 to attend.

For less money, you could buy a 1981 Mercedes-Benz 300-Class 300D Diesel Sedan with 250,000 for $1,000 and have the rest left over for repairs!

NJ reported:

“Clinton was the featured guest at the event to raise money for Menendez, his leadership political action committee, and the New Jersey State Democratic Committee. at the Liberty Prime Steakhouse in Jersey City on Oct. 15. Tickets ranged from $500 to $5,400, according to an invitation.

Menendez, D-N.J., supported Clinton’s presidential campaigns in both 2008 and 2016, against her Democratic primary opponents. In endorsing Clinton shortly before the June 2016 New Jersey primary, he called her opponent, Donald Trump, “an unmitigated disaster.”

Clinton appears to be on the campaign trail stumping for Democrats before the midterm elections.
