Thank goodness that James Woods is back on Twitter! He tells it like it is when everyone else is playing nice.
Woods tweeted out a swipe at the “ridiculous clowns” like Nancy Pelosi who think they can “do better” than President Trump:
“I love these ridiculous clowns who contend they can do better than President Trump. This booze-and-Botox besotted old bag can’t manage her dentures, much less a pandemic. Between her and Biden, they can barely manage to put a coherent sentence together.”
Nancy Pelosi has been in DC for 33 years. She’s managed to stay in power for much of that time. She’s a perfect example of why term limits would be a great idea.
The “all-powerful” Pelosi tried to sneak abortion money into the coronavirus funding:
The “prayerful” Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, attempted to slip federal funding for abortion into the coronavirus economic stimulus plan, according to multiple senior White House officials.
Speaking to the Daily Caller, those officials alleged that while negotiating the stimulus with U.S. Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, Pelosi tried to lobby for “several” provisions that stalled bipartisan commitment to the effort. One was a mandate for up to $1 billion to reimburse laboratory claims, which White House officials say would set a precedent of health spending without protections outlined in the Hyde Amendment.
“A new mandatory funding stream that does not have Hyde protections would be unprecedented,” one White House official explained. “Under the guise of protecting people, Speaker Pelosi is working to make sure taxpayer dollars are spent covering abortion — which is not only backwards, but goes against historical norms.”
A second White House official referred to the provision as a “slush fund” and yet another questioned, “what the Hyde Amendment and abortion have to do with protecting Americans from coronavirus?”
Rep. Steve Scalise (R-AZ) blasted Speaker Pelosi for wasting “the whole week behind closed doors drafting a partisan bill full of liberal fantasies that have nothing to do w/ Coronavirus.” Scalise reminded Americans that Republicans are “ready to work w/ Dems on SERIOUS solutions,” adding, “Now is not the time for politics. Pelosi needs to stop the games & work w/ us.”

Breitbart – President Donald Trump said he did not support the proposed emergency funding bill by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi released on Wednesday night to fight the coronavirus.
When asked by reporters if he supported the bill, Trump replied, “No, because there are things that are in there that have nothing to do with what we are talking about.”
Pelosi and House Democrats rushed to release a bill on Wednesday night at 11:00 p.m. that was about 124 pages long. The bill did not address issues that the president asked for, including a payroll tax cut. But Trump indicated that Democrats were using the crisis to push through partisan proposals.
“It’s not a way for them to get some of the goodies that they haven’t been able to get for the past 25 years,” Trump said.
Speaker Pelosi said Thursday during a press conference that it was imperative to get a bill passed as soon as possible to help American families suffering the economic disruption
Politico reports – IN JUST FOUR HOURS TODAY, HOUSE MINORITY LEADER KEVIN MCCARTHY and the White House announced their opposition to a House Democratic coronavirus bill, saying it was irresponsible and hastily assembled and suggesting Congress pause for 24 to 48 hours to reconsider the bill. Speaker NANCY PELOSI seemed to publicly pay that no quarter, saying she was plowing ahead with a vote today regardless of MCCARTHY’S opposition.
“[REPUBLICANS] MADE SUGGESTIONS to the language,” PELOSI said today in the Capitol. “We’re .. agreeing to most of it because [the changes are] not that different. So we don’t need 48 hours, we need to just make the decision to help families, right now.”
House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy said Thursday morning he was totally opposed to Pelosi’s plan and wanted to draft a new proposal over the next 24-48 hours.
NEWS — @GOPLeader KEVIN MCCARTHY told Republicans that he is opposed to the Democrats coronavirus bill, a blow to hopes for biparitsanship and perhaps a harbinger for the bill’s prospects in the GOP Senate.
The WH has made its preference clear, but this is a bad sign.
