“The allegations in the Swetnick affidavit are so bizarre, that even while suffering from my addiction, I would remember actions so outlandish. I categorically deny them.” – Mark Judge

Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s childhood friend Mark Judge has agreed to cooperate with the FBI:

Mark Judge signed, under penalty of felony, an affidavit saying he would  ‘cooperate with any law enforcement agency that is assigned to confidentially investigate these allegations.’

Judge sent a letter to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley and Ranking Member Dianne Feinstein:

‘In response to the Committee’s request for information, I, MARK JUDGE, declare: The allegations in the Swetnick affidavit are so bizarre that, even while suffering from my addiction, I would remember actions so outlandish. I categorically deny them.’

‘I do not know Julie Swetnick. I do not recall attending parties during 1981-1983 when I fondled or grabbed women in an aggressive or unwanted manner.’

Judge said he ‘never spiked punch to get anyone drunk or disoriented…Nor have I witnessed Brett Kavanaugh spike punch. I have never engaged in any gang rape of any woman, including Ms. Swetnick.’

Mark Judge is willing to do whatever he needs to do to clear his longtime friend’s name…

OTHER FRIENDS HAVE COME FORWARD TO WEIGH IN ON THE ACCUSATIONS:

“To the day I die I will believe that he did not do this.” – TOM KANE

Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s high school classmate was interviewed by CNN’s John Berman and stood his ground in a riveting interview.  Tom Kane came off as honest and forthright when he talked about just how close the high school classmates were. He made the point that if any of the assaults happened, the circle of friends and community would know:

“In our circle those days, I pretty much knew what those five or six guys were doing at every moment and there was no memory of this. It didn’t happen. Plus, our network, our community, the Catholic school kids, we would have known. These things stick.”

“Somebody would have told me. John, what did you do yesterday? ‘Oh, we got all banged up during the day and a couple of Holton girls came over and one of them ran out.’ I would remember that, okay?”

“The women we hung out with in those days were not to be trifled with them. You don’t trifle with them now.  You didn’t trifle with them then. If you upset one of them, you upset them all and you’re done.”

WHAT CAN BERMAN SAY TO THIS? NOTHING!

Berman asked Kane about the testimony from Ford and Kavanaugh:

“I rode the roller coaster like everybody else. Chrissy Blasey was riveting. Clearly, something bad happened to her. I don’t believe that Ms. Mitchell’s cross really gave us any clear answers.”

“And then enter my friend Brett Kavanaugh and he brought the energy we needed. To my mind, he put down every charge one by one. The who, what, when, where, why was clearly addressed and it reinforced what I already knew…that he’s just not capable of doing this.”
