Hours after Kanye West’s controversial appearance in the Oval Office with Trump and NFL legend Jim Brown, that was followed up with lunch, Kanye West was spotted in a DC Apple Store. Jack Jenkins, a reporter for Religion News Service claims that Kanye climbed on top of a table and gave a speech about how he plans to change Trump’s signature MAGA hat. After he was finished with his speech, West announced that he’s leaving for Africa for a while.

Jenkins tweeted: “Hey I’m feet from Kanye in a DC Apple Store apparently.

Jenkins next tweet explained that Kanye asked to give a “keynote” speech on top of a table at the Apple store.  Jenkins revealed that during Kanye’s speech, he explained why he’s making the change to his MAGA hat:

He’s announcing he made a hat for Trump that says “made an updated hat that says ‘make America great’ without the ‘again’…and Trump wore it!” Shows a picture on his iPhone of Trump wearing said hat. Says the “again” part of the original slogan “hurts back people.”

Another customer, Caroline Kelly, who happened to be in the store when Kanye jumped up on the table to give his speech shared her video on Twitter. The sound quality isn’t the best, but here it is nonetheless.

Kelly tweeted:

“I walk into the Georgetown Apple store and out walks Kanye West

Next, she tweeted:

“…It hurts us as people, specifically black people, the idea, because we say, was America ever great for us? So we made a updated hat that said, lmake America great, and Trump wore the hat so he is open to adjusting and listening”

Jenkins also reported that Kanye told his fans in the Apple store that he was heading to Africa for a while.

It’s interesting to note, that before Jenkins saw West in the Georgetown Apple store, he appeared to have been defending Kanye West after CNN’s Jim Acosta attacked him for using bad language during his visit with President Trump in the Oval Office.

Jenkins responded to Acosta: Gonna go out on a limb and say it likely isn’t the first time it’s been said in that room.
