CNBC Reporter Jim Kramer recently called for military-enforced vaccines mandates in the United States to combat Covid-19, saying “It’s time to admit that we have to go to war against COVID. Require vaccination universally. Have the military run it. If you don’t want to get vaccinated, you better be ready to prove your conscientious objector status in court,” Cramer added. “And even then, you need to help in the war effort by staying at home until we finally beat this thing.”

On Monday, Cramer confirmed that he tested positive for Covid despite being triple vaxxed.

“I have Covid. I came down with Covid on Thursday night,” Cramer said on “Squawk on the Street.” He added he’s been triple vaccinated: two shots of Moderna and a Moderna booster.

“I know exactly how I got it,” he said. “I was at an event where you had to have PCR [tests].”

“I got it that night from someone who was tested that day,” he said. “The problem is it works so fast. You can’t stop it.”

Cramer has faced criticism for his reporting in the past.  Just days after it was reported that the White House was in meetings with major media outlets begging for more favorable coverage on the economy, Cramer gave a glowing review of the current state of the economy on his show.

Cramer analogized the US economy to the “Roaring 20’s” and said “We have the strongest economy I’ve ever seen”.  He goes on to discuss low unemployment rates, consumer confidence, and the “tremendous demand for goods” and services.
