Fired FBI Director James Comey deserves every bit of punishment coming to him after documents were released, proving that General Michael Flynn was set up to be taken down by the FBI.

The release of the documents calls attention to a video below from December 2018, where Comey boldly brags about how he sent FBI agents into the White House to take down General Flynn.

Comey’s attitude is sickening:

When asked who sent the FBI agents into the White House for the Flynn perjury trap, Comey smugly responds, “I sent them.”

He should be punished to the full extent of the law for what he did to General Flynn.

For three long years, the highly respected career and life of General Michael Flynn and his family have been turned upside down by the deep state. Now, newly released, hand-written, FBI notes appear to prove that General Flynn was framed by the FBI.

Techno Fog released several pages of the newly released notes, explaining that Flynn’s prior lawyers at Covington found “approximately 6,800 documents and emails” that were not previously produced to Flynn and his lawyer Syndey Powell.

“Techo Fog,” a lawyer, confirms that the DOJ had informed the court that it had produced more documents to Flynn, asking if Robert Mueller’s team had access to these notes when they conducted their Russian collusion investigation?

In a rare tweet tonight, General Flynn shared a video of an American flag flying on top of a hill. President Trump retweeted his video.

The Federalist reports- New documents filed under seal last week by the Department of Justice provide the clearest evidence yet that the investigation and subsequent prosecution of former White House National Security Adviser Michael Flynn was a set-up from the beginning. Handwritten notes from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) that had been inappropriately withheld from Flynn’s defense team for years show that a key goal of the agents investigating Flynn was “to get him to lie so we can prosecute him or get him fired.”

In early 2017, FBI agents planned to question Flynn under false pretenses and without his attorneys present regarding his conversations with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. At the time of those conversations, Flynn was the top foreign policy adviser of the president-elect of the United States. By the time of the ambush FBI interview, Flynn had already been appointed as the White House national security adviser.

Fox News– The handwritten notes — written by the FBI’s former head of counterintelligence Bill Priestap after a meeting with then-FBI Director James Comey and then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, Fox News is told — further suggested that agents planned to get Flynn “to admit to breaking the Logan Act” and catch him in a lie.

The Logan Act is an obscure statute that has never been used in a criminal prosecution; enacted in 1799, it was intended to prevent individuals from falsely claiming to represent the United States abroad in an era before telephones.

“What is our goal?” one of the notes read. “Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?”

“If we get him to admit to breaking the Logan Act, give facts to DOJ + have them decide,” another note read. Constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley called the document’s implications “chilling.”

Techo Fog shared some of those unsealed FBI notes on Twitter:

Investigative reporter John Soloman of Just The News’ appeared on Lou Dobbs’ Fox News show to discuss the bombshell FBI notes.

Watch:

The bombshell materials strongly suggested the agents weren’t truly concerned about Flynn’s intercepted contacts with then-Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, except as a pretext. Former President Obama personally had warned the Trump administration against hiring Flynn and made clear he was “not a fan,” according to multiple officials.

Obama fired Flynn as head of the Defense Intelligence Agency in 2014.

Yesterday, General Flynn tweeted his response to the court, where he states he no longer accepts his guilty plea.
