Apparently, in Iowa, you can commit sexual assault against multiple minors and receive a get out of jail free card, as long as you change your sexual identity while you’re serving time for your crimes.  Thanks to Iowa’s Democrat Attorney General Tom Miller, a  23-yr-old repeat offender rapist will be released from prison because of his new sexual identity.

The Des Moines Register reports – The Iowa Attorney General’s Office is no longer seeking the commitment of a former Midwest Christian Services student convicted of myriad sex crimes because the individual now identifies as a woman.

Joseph Matthew Smith

In November, the Storm Lake Times reported that Joseph Matthew Smith, a 23-year-old convicted of molesting a fellow MCS student in 2014, was “undergoing medical treatment that is needed prior to (Smith) potentially undergoing gender reassignment surgery.”

A preliminary report prepared by the state’s expert, Dr. Jeffrey Davis, says Smith molested as many as 15 victims, ranging from ages 1 to 13, before being sentenced to prison in December 2015.

The report found the likelihood of re-offending within five years of release exceeded 20% because victims were of both genders and because Smith was under age 25 and never had a long-term relationship.

“Mr. Smith has not had an intimate relationship,” the report says. “His sexual encounters appear to have primarily involved molestation, including his own molestation by multiple perpetrators, or his victimization of others.”

The report says Smith was molested repeatedly as a child in Louisiana, starting at age 7.

Smith has received treatment for gender reassignment over the past two years at Newton Correctional Facility. She first expressed a desire to “get started on transgender classification” in October 2017 and started using female pronouns.

Two weeks ago, we reported about a murderer, a vicious car thief, and a prolific jail escapee who won a court case to be transferred to a women’s prison because he now identifies as a woman.

Montreal, CA – A vicious car thief and prolific jail escapee who cold-bloodedly slaughtered an accomplice, and successfully sued law enforcement for damage to his clothes and loss of porn mags resulting from his capture, has seen a new stroke of luck after his latest lawsuit won him a spot in a women’s prison. In 1997, John Boulachanis and two fellow car thieves murdered a fourth accomplice, 32-year-old Robert Tanguay, and buried his body in a sandpit.

According to Post Millenial – Jamie Boulachanis recently transitioned from a man to a woman under Canadian law and will have her case heard in which Correctional Service Canada is arguing Boulachanis shouldn’t be transferred to a women’s facility–in spite of a Federal Court order–due to public safety concerns and her ability to escape prison.

In the murder trial, the courtroom was told that Boulachanis was worried Tanguay was a police informant ratting on Boulachanis and his accomplices for car thefts and other crimes they were involved in. The jury was also told that Boulachanis was sleeping with Tanguay’s wife after his disappearance.
