The New York Times’ Alice Hines wants to celebrate young drag queens she says are the “rising drag stars of America.”
She claims that pushing the culture of dressing in drag was “relegated to underground spaces,” but now it’s not the case. It’s meant to be pushed into mainstream culture and so in-your-face that it becomes the norm.
Hines mentions the “G-rated story hours offered at public libraries” but the controversy that has risen with the Drag Queen Story Hour is never mentioned by Hines. She wants the reader to believe that everything is just great at the library where drag queens interact with young children. The problem is that many controversial things have happened, causing the end to the Drag Queen Social Hour events. See our previous report below where a drag queen teaches kids to twerk and another with pictures of the kids lying down on the drag queens. Would you let your child’s teacher do this?
Alic Hines wrote “Sashaying Their Way Through Youth — Among the rising stars of drag are some who are not even old enough to drive” for the New York Times on Sunday. The main focus was the now-12-year-old “drag star” Desmond Napoles, aka “Desmond is Amazing.” The online subhead was promotional: “Meet the rising drag stars of America. They’re tweens.”
Desmond pegs his start in the world of drag to 2015 when videos of him vogueing at the New York Pride parade went viral; at one point, a high kick sent a flip-flop soaring over the crowd. Next came gigs channeling Gwen Stefani and David Bowie, along with runway shows for Gypsy Sport and the Blonds.

LESSONS ON TWERKING FROM A DRAG QUEEN:
Drag Queen Story Hour for small children is all the rage in America. It’s an excellent way for the left to sexualize our children in public spaces and to confuse them about their own sexual identity by blurring the lines between genders at an early age. It’s become so popular, that drag queen’s across the pond, in Britain, are using the opportunity to teach kids how to perform sex dances.
In the video below, Mama G can be seen teaching children how to twerk at a library in Britain, while parents can be heard laughing in the background.
According to the Petite Pantos theater company, drag queen Mama G “has appeared at libraries, theatres, bookshops, and cafes all over the UK.” He was brought to Devon Libraries to share “tales that celebrate being who you are & loving who you want.” That is where he conducted his twerking lesson, shaking his posterior in front of precocious children.
“Most of all, Michael likes to twerk,” the drag queen tells the kids. “Now, does anybody in this room know how to twerk?” he asks? None of the kids answer, so “Mama G,” who also goes by “Michael,” tells the kids, “Okay, well, it’s quite important to the story, so I will just give you a very quick demonstration.”
“All you need to do is you just need to stand with your feet sort of shoulder-width apart like so…and then you crouch down in this sort of position, so you’re bump’s sticking out,” Mama G said before glancing backward to ask an off-camera individual if they were “taking this all in.” And “then you just move your bum up and down like that. And that’s twerking.”
Parents can be heard laughing when “Michael” is finished teaching the kids the sexual dance.

Last month, we reported about a Portland, Oregon library that deleted pictures of kids fondling the drag queen who performed for them during Drag Queen Story Hour.
Breitbart News reports – A public library has deleted photos of small children lying on top of drag queens and fondling their false breasts at a Drag Queen Story Hour.
Multnomah County Library, the library system serving Portland, Oregon, quietly removed from Flickr the photos of the Drag Queen Story Hour that took place at St. John’s Library and then circulated on Facebook, leading to a backlash.
Young children attended the October event that featured drag queen Anthony Hudson, aka “Carla Rossi.”
LifeSiteNews archived the photos of a laughing Hudson lying on the floor, arms outstretched, as young children buried themselves in his body and fondled him.
“Activist Mommy” Elizabeth Johnston observed the photos were first noticed when a Facebook user posted them along with a statement: “I wouldn’t let my kids crawl on top of random strangers no matter how said strangers are dressed.”
The photos were brought to the attention of LifeSiteNews, which also noted the library had posted additional photos depicting toddlers and young boys dressed in feather boas.
Drag Queen Storytime isn’t the only function where progressives are attempting to make the drag queen lifestyle mainstream. What about Drag Queen brunches like the one shown below, where a drag queen spreads his legs in the face of a 2-year-old sitting at a table with his family?
In March, we shared a story from originally posted on The Gateway Pundit about how a drag queen, wearing thigh-high boots, literally spreads his legs in front of a two-year-old boy, while singing to him from the top of his table.
There’s plenty of blame to go around here, starting with whose idea it was to bring a toddler to a drag queen show? The person who should be held accountable appears to be the child’s father, who can be seen smiling and taking photos, as the 2-year-old sits on his knee, watching the drag queen dance for him.

And then there’s “Desmond Is Amazing,” an 11-year-old boy, who dances for grown men in a gay bar in New York City for money. He got a huge boost in his career as a young drag queen, when ABC’s Good Morning America featured the young boy as one of their guests, heralding him as a “brave” and “courageous.”
In the stunning video below, grown men can be seen handing and throwing dollar bills at the 11-yr-old boy at a New York City gay bar.
GMA hosts Michael Strahan and the former The View host, Sarah Haines, watched while the 11-yr-old boy, dressed as a woman, as he danced through the crowd, laid on the floor in a seductive pose, and then took to the stage, where the GMA hosts attempted to normalize his behavior. The pre-teen who goes by the stage name, “Desmond Is Amazing” sat on the stage, mostly while the hosts gushed over his bravery and courage.
GMA treated “Desmond Is Amazing” to a special surprise when they brought three full-grown drag queen men on stage to share gifts of make-up, dance lessons, and glittery accessories. Although he didn’t say how he would use the gifts, it’s safe to say to the 11-yr-old could certainly use the gifts he got from his new adult friends to help earn more money entertaining full-grown men in gay bars.
Watch:
Under the GMA Youtube video in the comment section, one of the viewers of the video above nailed it with their remark: “Just your daily reminder that Youtube considers this more acceptable than Alex Jones.”
“It’s a tough world out there, and not everyone’s accepting of things, and some people have criticized you,” Haines said at one point. “What do you say to them?” After a pause, Napoles said simply, “it’s fine.”
Life Site News reports – Activists Mommy blogger Elizabeth Johnston called GMA’s decision to bring a child dressed in drag on its show “creepy.”
“Drag queens are, and always have been, typical features of adult entertainment venues, and the culture surrounding drag performing is shrouded with overt sexuality,” she wrote.
“All cross-dressing aside, drag culture is nothing children should be integrated into, but clearly, those in the entertainment industry think it’s ‘cute’ to see a little boy take on the gender-bending characteristics of men who typically appear on the stages of strip clubs and bars.”
“This is absolutely not OK,” she added.
Even homosexual writer Chad Felix Greene has chided homosexuals as being blind to the fact that they are sexualizing children by dressing them in drag, something which he called “abuse.”
“The boy is emulating an adult woman being sexually provocative,” wrote Greene of such cases that include Desmond as well as 9-year-old Nemis Quinn Mélançon Golden, a.k.a. Lactatia.
He calls what homosexual activists are doing to Desmond “exploitation” that “steal(s) the child’s innocence and impose(s) an adult identity onto him, all to validate their own insecurities.”
“The LGBT world will never be able to fully appreciate the damage being done to a generation of children pushed to grow up faster,” he warns. “Early sexual activity and expression can be devastating to young people, especially LGBT youth. High rates of drug abuse, sexual abuse, and risky sexual behavior are common. HIV rates are extremely high for gay and bisexual young men aged 13 to 24. Nearly 40 percent of homeless youth identify as LGBT, with higher risks of drug use and sex work.”
A variety of scientific literature indicates that promoting gender fluidity within children’s minds is unnecessary and destructive. Studies indicate that between 80-90% of children experiencing gender dysphoria outgrow it on their own by late adolescence and that even full gender “reassignment” surgery often fails to resolve gender-confused individuals’ heightened tendency to engage in self-harm and suicide.
Boys dressed as girls are also very popular in Afghanistan where orphans and sometimes boys who are kidnapped are forced to dress like young girls and dance for men. Many of them earn money, many of them are sexually abused by the men they dance for. Is this the kind of lifestyle we want to see become “mainstream” in America? Is this the kind of lifestyle GMA intends to promote to their viewers?
Has you had enough reading about parents who sit back and allow the left to co-opt the minds of their small children? How would you react if your public library feature “Drag Queen Story Hour?” Would you demand they find other ways to enrich the minds of small children with your tax dollars, or would you ignore it to avoid conflict? Tell us what you would do if this disgusting sexual act were featured in your local library in the comment section below.
