The leftist mainstream media has been lying to the American public for weeks, as they try to push the false narrative that President Trump is separating small children who’ve illegally crossed our border with their parents, or more likely with coyotes and human smugglers who are using kids to get into the United States.
The truth is, during 2014, Brandon Darby of Breitbart News and several others in the conservative media were exposing what was really happening in detention centers on the border.
Photos of border detention facilities from the Obama-era, taken during 2014, look nearly identical to the ones taken during the Trump era.
All of the photos taken inside the detention centers are from REUTERS by Ross D. Franklin/Pool.
Last Wednesday, after being blamed for separating kids from their parents who they allegedly, illegally crossed the US border with, President Donald Trump signed an executive order to allow children to stay with parents caught crossing the border illegally — moving to stop the family separations that have triggered a national outcry and political crisis for Republicans.
The measure would allow children to stay in detention with parents for an extended period of time. This comes as congressional Republicans scramble to draft legislation to address the same issue, but face challenges mustering the votes.

As it turns out, the Obama-era photos the Democrats and their allies in the media were using to create animosity toward President Trump, in hopes of bringing more Democrat voters across the border, has had the opposite effect. Fox News is reporting that illegal aliens with children are choosing to stay back in Mexico, out of fear of being separated from their children.
FOX News interviewed immigrants who were planning to cross the border into the US. It appears that the Obama-era images the Democrats used of kids in cages have deterred immigrants from crossing over the border with their kids.
“If this is so, I’ll just go back. I don’t want to be separated from my kids.”
