A previously deported illegal has been charged with first-degree rape of a juvenile in Alabama:
Amancio Betancourt Martinez was previously deported in 2015 for felony drug trafficking but was able to come back across the border and live in Maylene, Alabama where he raped a young girl:
Martinez was indicted by a federal grand jury in Birmingham, Alabama…
According to the Shelby County Reporter, Martinez allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with the juvenile victim “by forcible compulsion” in November of last year.
Martinez was already on probation for a felony cocaine trafficking charge.
The Alabaster Police Department contacted ICE last November when the investigation into the rape began.
This is yet another reason why we need the wall ASAP. People like Martinez are freely going back and forth from Mexico to the U.S. In the case of this guy, he was trafficking cocaine and got caught. He pleaded guilty to a reduced sentence and then was deported.
This guy was deported but returned to rape a young girl in Alabama!

The son a Knoxville, Tennessee Fire Captain was hit head-on by an illegal alien who caused a four-car collision on Chapman Highway last Saturday night.
As you can imagine, the first responders were doing everything they could to save this young man who was like family to them:

On Saturday night at 6:34 p.m., 22-year-old Pierce Kennedy Corcoran of Knoxville, Tennessee was taken to the local hospital immediately after a four-car collision. He was pronounced dead. His girlfriend who was a passenger in the car was treated for non-life threatening injuries at the hospital.
No one else involved in the four-car collision was injured.
The illegal alien who was driving a Chevy truck and crossed the highway to hit Corcoran and his girlfriend head-on is living in the United States without a drivers license and no insurance.
The Knoxville Police Department said Franco Cambrany Francisco-Eduardo, 44, is being charged with criminally negligent homicide. He’s also being charged for not having a driver’s license and not having insurance. Records also show he was on a hold for ICE.
Why in the world are Democrats sitting on their hands and not helping fund the wall? Our border is wide open and allows people like this guy to come in. He clearly has no regard for our laws.
