We Build The Wall, Inc. stunned Americans when almost overnight, they completed a large section of the privately-funded wall along the Mexico-New Mexico border on private land owned mostly by farmers. The local and international government are proving that they’re not willing to let the privately funded wall be built without a fight. It certainly makes one wonder who’s behind their desire to keep our borders open?

According to The Hill – Officials have ordered a privately funded section of wall on the U.S.-Mexico border to keep its gate open indefinitely, saying organizers failed to obtain required permits, according to BuzzFeed News.

The International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC), which oversees waterway issues between the U.S. and Mexico, said the organizers of We Build the Wall, which raised more than $23 million, had not obtained permission to build on federal land.

The half-mile barrier, on the border near Sunland Park, N.M., restricts access to a public monument and waterways, according to the IBWC.

Brian Kolfage posted an article along with an image of the monument which is clearly not being restricted.

Apparently, the wall isn’t restricting aliens from illegally crossing over into the United States. This video, posted by Brian Kolfage of We Build The Wall, shows an “armed drug cartel member” with a gun visible in his shorts as he boldly crosses over the border first and then brings his illegal alien customers (notice that all of the men are dragging children along with them) into the United States.

Once the man with the gun delivers them into New Mexico from Mexico, he can be seen going back to the Mexico side, where he’ll likely pick up his next group of illegal aliens to be deposited in the United States.

This video taken by the We Build The Wall crew, shows a stunning number of illegal aliens boldly crossing over our border and running into the state of New Mexico. According to Kolfage, about 1,000 illegals crossed at this spot yesterday, and they’re “all getting emergency welfare” courtesy of the New Mexico taxpayer.

“This is normally done well in advance of a construction project,” IBWC spokesperson Lori Kuczmanski told BuzzFeed News. “They think they can build now and ask questions later, and that’s not how it works.”

According to the We Build The Wall Facebook page, the project isn’t anywhere near a body of water.

We MUST expose this national security issue and corruption! The International Boundaries and Water Commission (IBWC) is solely responsible for international water-related affairs, NOT national security issues. Our wall is NOT on water and has nothing to do with water. The IBWC supports OPEN BORDERS and is using gov’t overreach to push their agenda by locking open the access gate we kindly made on our wall for them. The IBWC is 50% owned by Mexico and by forcefully leaving this gate open on PRIVATE PROPERTY are knowingly and intentionally allowing the flow of cartels, drugs, human traffickers, and illegal immigrants. Border Patrol and DHS want this gate locked shut and IBWC gave them the finger. An organization does NOT have the right to tell BP and DHS how to run national security!

The Hill has reached out to the IBWC for further comment.

On Monday, IBWC officials propped open a large gate built into the wall, which had prevented access to a levee and a dam as well as a historic monument that begins a series of obelisks marking the border, BuzzFeed reported.

“We’re going to lock it in an open position until we come into a mutual decision on how this gate is going to operate,” Kuczmanski told the outlet.

Brian Kolfage, the Air Force veteran who founded the wall fundraiser, accused the IBWC of “over stepping DHS [Department of Homeland Security] and national security experts” with the move.

In a statement to The Hill, Kolfage wrote “Buzzfeed writes lies. I would not cite anything they report. The issue is about to be fully resolved in our favor.”
