After lying to America multiple times, stating that they wouldn’t pack the Supreme Court, and obfuscating during the VP debate and elsewhere, while also saying that they were very open to it and intended to do it, The Biden Regime has officially created a commission to pack the supreme court with leftists and fake conservatives.
But, don’t worry. The commission claims to be bipartisan!
And, with people like Biden and Pelosi at the helm of these things, why would anyone doubt the sincerity of such statements?
Well, because Biden and Pelosi–like all of the establishment in Washington, Big Tech, and media, do not believe in individual liberty or thought. Instead, they believe that conservatives and anyone who disagrees with them are all dangerous domestic terrorists. This is why they still claim to need over 7,500 troops, alphabet agencies, and a DHS in Washington DC: to stamp out any dissent for good.
It was obvious from the start of their campaign together that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris couldn’t wait to upend the traditions of this country further than they already have by packing the court. When the Supreme Court lost far-far-far-left Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg in 2020, she was was replaced by Amy Coney Barrett. This gave the 9-Justice court a 6-3 moderate-progressive composition, ostensibly because Coney Barrett claimed to be more of a Constitutionalist (though many of her first rulings suggest she is a horrid wolf in sheep’s clothing). Therefor, it was clear that Biden and Harris would have no other choice than to pack the supreme court if they got into office in order to ensure court victories in perpetuity.
Packing the court means altering the long-tradition of a 9-Justice court by adding additional justices and ensuring that the majority–or all–of those justices are progressive. That way, you can always get the rulings you want regardless of constitutionality.
“The commission will be housed under the purview of the White House Counsel’s office and filled out with the behind-the-scenes help of the Biden campaign’s lawyer Bob Bauer, who will co-chair the commission. Its specific mandate is still being decided. But, in a signal that the commission is indeed moving ahead, some members have already been selected, according to multiple people familiar with the discussions.
Among those who will be on the commission are Cristina Rodríguez, a professor at Yale Law School and a former deputy assistant attorney general in the Obama Department of Justice, who will join Bauer as co-chair. Caroline Fredrickson, the former president of the American Constitution Society, and Jack Goldsmith, a Harvard Law School professor and a former assistant attorney general in the Bush Department of Justice, will also serve on the commission, those familiar with discussions said.”

I guess when you have demonized and marginalized all dissenting non-globalist non-progressive voices as domestic terrorists who should never be considered in bi-partisan rule-making, this might be considered a bi-partisan commission.
