The “silent majority” needs to stand up against the intolerant left!

It’s a shame to see a local business attacked and boycotted just for styling the hair of someone on the other side of the political aisle.

It’s what happened to an Iowa salon when intolerant leftists took to social media to slam the them for styling Ivanka Trump’s hair. The biggest hypocrites in the world are the leftists who spout views of tolerance for EVERYONE…except for anyone who doesn’t believe what they do!

Salon Spa W in Des Moines, Iowa got the chance to have the governor of the state and Ivanka Trump as clients during a visit by the first daughter. Pretty cool, right? Well, not when the salon posted a Facebook post about the visit! The left went nuts with nasty comments and vows to boycott the salon. The salon was so bombarded with hate that they felt the need to explain their position a little further. They changed the Facebook post after pressure from the left…Is this America? do we all have to march in lockstep with the left’s agenda?

We’ve included the comment from the fist Facebook post and then the second post from Facebook that the salon posted to explain the they aren’t partisan. Please show support with a “Like” or a comment to let them know that conservatives are behind their freedom and free market decision to service two high-profile clients even if they aren’t politically similar.

The first post on Facebook appeared with a photo of Ivanka Trump and said: “Our Monday kicked off with styling Ivanka Trump for her visit to Iowa! We love supporting women in politics.”

RIGHT AFTER THE POST WENT UP ON FACEBOOK, THINGS GOT UGLY:

“Gross and so disappointing. The opposite of what should be highlighted as empowering women. Btw, Ivanka Trump is not an elected official. What a cheap PR ploy.”

“I love all the wonderful things Salon W does for our community so it’s such a bummer to see this post as a business brag. Only problem with supporting women in politics is when those women support decisions that weaken and disenfranchise other women.”

“I prefer my “women in politics” to be both, a) elected, and b) principled. Salon Spa W, you’ve definitely lost my business with this cheap publicity ploy.”

“Please take this down.”

THE REVISED POST ON FACEBOOK TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE SALON’S APOLITICAL POSITION:
