You might have seen the video (see below) plastered all over the news last week. It shows a woman being taken by ICE and put into a vehicle. The woman and her three daughters were screaming and making a scene. The media made the woman out to be a victim and reported the story like this:

Daily Caller reports:

The Washington Post, for example, wrote, “Dramatic video shows Border Patrol agents pulling woman away from her screaming children,” while the Los Angeles Times said, “Video of woman being pulled away from her daughters in immigration arrest sparks anger.”

All of these news outlets are choosing not to tell you what really happened. It’s propaganda. Propaganda by main stream media to change a narrative  is at an all-time high. They either omit important facts or just lie to sway your opinion of something. Shaping the narrative to fit their agenda is the goal.

It’s why the “new media” has emerged as an important source for news. Many times, the media on Facebook or Twitter will expose the main stream media for their lies and distortions. This is another case where the truth is being told by a journalist who took the time to dig for information.

THE TRUTH:

The truth is that the woman had been sought as a suspect in human trafficking. The authorities had tried numerous times to contact her but they had no luck. What you see on the video is the ICE agents finally catching up to her to bring her in for questioning on a very serious charge.
