Anti-vaccine protesters filled the gallery of the California State Senate on Friday to protest a pair of bills signed Monday by Gov. Gavin Newsom to impose new oversight of childhood vaccine exemptions.
One protester hurled what appeared to be blood on the State Senators below causing an evacuation.
The protester told police that it was her “menstrual blood”…
The California Highway Patrol said it was “a feminine hygiene device containing what appeared to be blood.”
