Leave it up to Maria Bartiromo to drop some truth on the election of 2020…

During her Wednesday morning show, Bartiromo said her “intel source” is sure that President Trump won reelection but that the Supreme Court must take up the cases. Speculation is that the intel source is the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe who is a frequent guest on her show. He has a report on the election coming out and it should throw a grenade into the whole mountain of fraud.

“An intel source told me President Trump did, in fact, win the election. He says that it is up to the Supreme Court to hear suits from other cases across the country to stop the clock. This follows the high court’s refusal to hear the lawsuit from Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.”

The Supreme Court recently tossed the Texas case against voter fraud. Will they take up any of the other cases? Pray they do.

The Supreme Court just killed the hopes of Trump supporters and Americans who believe in a fair voting system. They tossed the challenge to the 2020 election brought forth by the great state of Texas challenging the election results in the four battleground states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin. After the announcement, the Texas Republicans all but called for secession (see below).

This is devastating and hard to believe because of the mountains of evidence brought forth by so many brave Americans.

“The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.”

Justice Samuel Alito filed a dissenting statement. Justice Clarence Thomas joined in with Alito to file the dissenting statement.

“In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.”

Devastating…

Texas Republicans are furious:
