Video of a woman in the Bronx, NY, randomly shoving a toddler to the ground has been released by police in hopes of finding the disturbed woman. This violent attack comes as random attacks in NYC like the recent hammer attack escalate.

According to police, who released the video, it happened around 8:45 a.m. as the mom and her 2-year-old daughter were exiting a building in the Bedford Park area.

Suddenly, an unidentified woman approached them from behind and pushed the little girl down to the ground, causing her to hit her head on the pavement.

The traumatized little girl was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.
