On Monday night, a Maricopa County Judge dismissed Kari Lake’s lawsuit. According to Superior Court Justice Peter Thompson, Lake’s legal team did not provide definitive evidence that the signature verification review process was faulty. In response, Lake has vowed to keep fighting for clean elections.

Kari Lake said she was disappointed by the verdict but not surprised. She said her team had not received justice and that the good people of Arizona were disenfranchised, and they knew it. She said her team has proven that elections in Arizona are a corrupt mess.
“We needed people with the courage to act courageously, and we did not get that. We’ve proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that our elections were a mess.”

Lake’s suit claimed ballot printers in the county were scaled inaccurately, and signatures on mail-in ballots were not verified. Much of the evidence has become public record thanks to Lake’s perseverance and is shockingly blatant. The ballot below shows an example of the liberties taken with signature matching.

Lake also vowed to continue fighting. Judge Thompson opted not to delve into whether or not corruption occurred but instead relied on the opinion of one person. Thompson dismissed the lawsuit after three days, saying the issue was whether or not the Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richter found the signature review process adequate rather than if he or Lake thought the process was sufficient. He then attempted to change direction, citing concern about maintaining the separation of powers. Thompson let down the people of Arizona and the entire country. Rather than doing his job and digging into whether or not election fraud was legitimized in the Arizona elections, he ignored the concern of most Americans who believed election fraud in Arizona occurred and changed the outcome. Thompson excused himself from responsibility saying,

“It would be a violation of the constitutional separation of powers … for this Court after the recorder has made a comparison to insert itself into the process and reweigh whether a signature is consistent or inconsistent.”

Lake responded to the judge’s ruling, saying he had allowed a corrupt election to stand and that she intended to launch the largest ballot-chasing operation in history.

“The courts just ruled that our elections can run lawlessly. The courts have ruled that anything goes, well we can play by those same rules…we can start chasing ballots like you’ve never seen… We’ve got to work in this rigged, corrupt system, and we can do it! We will not allow them to steal another election from us, the people. We have millions of dollars committed and thousands of volunteers who are dedicated to this. We are better at doing everything, better than the left at doing everything.” She continued, “We are going to take our massive moment, and we are going to make sure we employ every single person in it….we are going to register voters! There are no rules where the left comes in; there are no rules at all. The courts have ruled that anything goes.
She promised to keep fighting, “We are going to continue to fight our court case.”
