On Thursday, Jesse Watters of “Jesse Watters Primetime” revealed how House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi, has reaped the benefits of “liberal privilege” when allegedly committing a DUI and more in Thursday’s opening monologue.
JESSE WATTERS: Sounds like Paul Pelosi is the most dangerous man on wheels and, for the sake of California public safety, might want to start Uber-ing back from dinner parties when his wife is on the opposite side of the continent.
But when you have liberal privilege, you can dance around insider trading, smash up sports cars, and get The New York Times to write a puff piece about how salt-and-peppery your gorgeous hair is. This explains why we haven’t seen the dash cam and the body cam footage from that night. California Highway Patrol has it. They told us they have it. And they say the DA won’t let him release it, and the DA is telling us a different story, but we’re not going to get jerked around.
That’s why our attorney has served both sides with papers demanding the release of all the footage, along with an explanation. The burden, legally, is on them, not us. All we’re asking for is transparency, plain and simple. But if they don’t respond to us by Monday, we’ll be taking them to court.

Yesterday 100 Percent Fed Up reported the breaking news: Paul Pelosi, 82, the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., was charged on Thursday, June 23, 2022, with DUI with injury by the Napa County District Attorney’s Office. However, after listening to Watter’s entire monologue, we realized there were many more unanswered questions, and luckily Jesse is an inquiring mind pursuing those answers.
“The charges filed today include Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Causing Injury and Driving With .08% Blood Alcohol Level or Higher Causing Injury,” according to a press release from the Napa County District Attorney’s Office on Thursday.
Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi, was arrested on May 28 for driving under the influence in Napa, California. He was released on a bail of $5,000 later that day. It was later revealed that Paul Pelosi was involved in a car accident on May 28 before his drunk driving arrest.
Paul reportedly blew past a stop sign in his Porche near the town of Yountville, in Napa County, California, while trying to get on S-29 and was hit by a jeep, causing police to respond to the scene. Additionally, it was reported that he was leaving dinner at a friend’s home and a Democratic donor about six miles from the Pelosis’ house.
The financier was taken into custody just before midnight and held on $5,000 bail, according to a public booking report on the Napa County government’s website. According to booking records, he was released just before 7:30 on Sunday morning.
A press release from the district attorney’s office states that Paul Pelosi had a blood alcohol content level of .082% after the crash and said the blood sample was taken at 12:32 a.m., two hours after the collision occurred at 10:17 p.m.
In California, those offenses can be either misdemeanors or felonies. However, in this case, the district attorney’s office filed misdemeanor charges “based upon the extent of the injuries suffered by the victim.”
The punishment for misdemeanor DUI includes “up to five years of probation, a minimum of five days in jail, installation of an ignition interlock device, fines and fees, completion of a court-ordered drinking driver class, and other terms as appropriate,” according to the district attorney.
The California Highway Patrol has denied requests for the body cam and other information, claiming that the D.A. said it would “jeopardize the investigation.” Meanwhile, the D.A. said in their press release announcing the charges that they can’t release anything because the California Rules of Professional Conduct bind them.
Fox’s Jesse Watters showed how House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi, has reaped the benefits of “liberal privilege” in his opening monologue Thursday after the charges were announced.
Watters talked about a New York Times story with more details than many knew. It turns out that Paul Pelosi had recently had cataract surgery. Probably not the best defense.
The Times also notes a time in the 70s when Paul, Nancy, and their kids were in the car when the car flipped. “No one was hurt, and Nancy Pelosi hitched a ride to go meet donors. The Pelosi camp declined to comment to The New York Times on who was driving.”
Watters also noted that the Times says there was a witness to the crash and sympathy for Paul Pelosi in the area. It doesn’t seem to matter that someone could have been seriously injured or killed.
“Where did the witness come from on the side of the road? Watters speculates the person was in the car. We don’t know that. But again, this is the problem you get when you don’t release the information so that we can get an accurate record of the facts.” Watters said the police refused to confirm or deny that there was anyone in the car with him. Watters explains that the sheriff who had arrived on the scene said he knew the answer as to whether there was anyone in the car, but he couldn’t tell them. Watters noted that his team had also asked the local firefighters who arrived on the scene if they had any information on the accident. He also said that if the D.A. doesn’t give up the information, they’ll take them to court to get it.
Almost immediately after Watters suggested someone else was inside the vehicle with Nancy Pelosi’s drunk husband, Twitter erupted with comments about Paul Pelosi’s accident and DUI arrest:
Oh how the plot is thickening on Paul Pelosi’s DUI .. allegedly had a passenger in the car ( coming home from party while Nancy on other coast) CA D.A. Is withholding dash cam and police reports @FoxNews taking her to court #LiberalPrivilege

Paul Pelosi is scheduled to be arraigned in the Napa County Superior Court on August 3, 2022.
It seems “Fancy Nancy” wants the details of her husband’s arrest to remain hush-hush.
