President Trump just got attached to a World Cup announcement that will matter to thousands of veterans and first responders.

A new partnership tied to FIFA World Cup 2026 will make 4,547 tickets available to veterans, current military members, first responders, and their families.

Andrew Giuliani amplified the news Saturday, pointing directly to President Trump’s role in the announcement.

The number is not random.

It is a nod to President Trump as both the 45th and 47th president.

The tickets will include 250 for each U.S. Men’s National Team match during the tournament.

That is a real perk for families who served, especially with World Cup demand already expected to be enormous.

Bank of America announced these details about the partnership with FIFA and Vet Tix:

Bank of America, the official bank of FIFA World Cup 2026™, has donated $2 million for veterans, current military, first responders and their families to purchase tickets across all stages of the tournament at no cost to them.

Together, Bank of America, Vet Tix and FIFA will contribute a total of $2.25 million, yielding thousands of free tickets including matches in all 11 U.S. Host Cities, honoring the military community and commemorating America’s 250th anniversary.

Bank of America, the official bank of FIFA World Cup 2026™, Vet Tix and FIFA today announced a partnership to provide $2.25 million in free World Cup 2026 tickets to military veterans, current military and first responders, and their families, who live in or near FIFA World Cup host cities. The tickets will be available through Vet Tix starting with the second match played in the U.S. and will include all stages of the tournament.

“We are deeply grateful to partner with Bank of America and FIFA to help make 4,547 FIFA World Cup tickets available to the veteran, military and first responder communities we proudly serve,” said Vet Tix Founder, CEO, and U.S. Navy veteran Michael A. Focareto III.

“The opportunity for our members and their families to experience the energy, pride, and global celebration surrounding the World Cup in all 11 cities across the United States represents far more than attending a sporting event. It’s an opportunity to create unforgettable family memories and honor those who continue to serve our nation and communities every day.”

The access will go through Vet Tix and 1st Tix.

Honorably discharged veterans and current military members can sign up with Vet Tix.

Current and retired first responders, including law enforcement, fire, EMS, registered nurses, and 911 dispatchers, can register through 1st Tix.

Both platforms are free to sign up, and eligibility will be verified through ID.me.

Once the tickets are available, Vet Tix and 1st Tix members are expected to receive email alerts to secure free tickets for matches in their area.

The announcement also fits into the broader America 250 rollout.

The United States will be celebrating its 250th birthday during the tournament, and FIFA World Cup 2026 will run across host cities in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

For President Trump, the political framing is obvious.

He gets to point to a massive global event coming to America and a concrete benefit going directly to veterans, active military families, and first responders.

That is a stronger message than another generic sports partnership press release.

It is the kind of patriotic, practical win that cuts through quickly.

Thousands of Americans who served their country or protected their communities are now in line for free World Cup tickets.

That is a headline worth noticing.
